Almost nobody in this market will put a price on a website. We think that is backwards. Here is what we charge, what it includes, and what the common extras cost, so you can work out your own number before you call anyone.

Durable 12–16 mil wear layer. The right floor for a rental, a flip, or a room that takes hard use.
20 mil wear layer with deeper embossing and wider planks. Our most popular floor for owner-occupied homes.
22–28 mil rigid core with the most convincing grain we carry. Pet-proof, kid-proof, and quiet underfoot.
If it is not on this list and your job needs it, it appears on your quote as its own line with its own price. Nothing gets buried.

Every figure includes material, labour, tear-out, haul-away, trim and clean-up. No sales tax is added to installed work in Georgia, because we pay it on the material when we buy it.
We can run a soft credit check that will not touch your score and have an answer in about a minute, with terms from a few months out to several years. Ask when we measure and we will show you the monthly number next to the total.
Active duty and retired military, first responders, teachers and seniors. Fort Moore is the reason this town exists, so it would be strange not to. Ask and it comes off the quote.
Because not publishing them is a sales tactic, and we would rather you knew roughly what this costs before anyone is standing in your living room. The number on this page is the number we quote. If your job has something unusual in it, the quote shows that as its own line so you can see exactly what it added.
Yes, unless we find something underneath that nobody could see, like a rotten subfloor or asbestos tile. If that happens we stop, show you, and price the fix before we continue. We never discover a reason to raise the price after the job is already torn up.
No. Measuring and quoting is free, whether you hire us or not.
We collect the cost of the material up front, usually around 20 percent, so we can order your floor. The balance is due when the job is finished and you have walked it with us. We do not ask for half the job up front.
Yes, and bank transfer or check. There is a discount for paying by bank transfer or check because card processing genuinely costs us about three percent, and we would rather pass the saving to you than build it into everyone's price.
The prices above are real, but your house is specific. We will measure it and put a written quote in your hand the same day.
Call or text and we will be out this week. Most quotes go out the same day we measure.
